I have used Tom in the past for residential real estate and would highly recommend you do the same. I've purchased more than a few homes/properties over the years and remodeled them so I could rent them out. I've worked with a few different professionals to assist with the process and I can tell you Tom knows what he's doing.

Usually I'm the one waiting for the realtor to do their portion, but in Tom's case, he is usually waiting on me. If you need help with legal, marketing your property, market valuation, contractors, financing, negotiation, you name it, he's your guy.
